Reviews

Heather Beck has done it again with Supernatural, her latest installment in The Horror Diaries series. The stories are longer, creepier, more complex and entirely original. Ms. Beck has strong writing skills and apparently an infinite amount of creativity. – Marcus Reviews

Everyone has a secret but what happens when that secret includes supernatural forces and it’s about to be revealed to the world? Supernatural explores this idea with five original stories that are entertaining, scary, unexpected and extremely well-written. Supernatural is a reading experience you won’t soon forget and is appropriate for a family audience. 5 stars! – Building Rainbows

Supernatural is one of the best books I’ve read all year. The greatest thing about these stories is that they can be enjoyed by anyone of any age. Supernatural is a well-written, super fun and overall amazing anthology. As always, expect great twist endings. – Book Hooks

Would you still make a wish if you knew the forces that grant them sometimes grant them in unexpected ways? Each story in this collection contains a character who is about to have his or her wildest dreams come true. The problem is, not all of their dreams are good ones, and not everyone has actually thought through the logistics of their deepest desires. Supernatural is a terrific choice for late elementary students who are beginning to request more nuanced reading material. The frights are real, and I will be recommending this collection to friends and family members in this age group. – Long and Short Reviews
